Day 113 – Yellow Baskit Energy briefs

I got up this morning, crossed the room and turned off the alarm and pulled on my running shorts and tshirt and went out into the cold London morning – it was only 46 degrees F. The shuffle was playing a constant beat of music. I warmed up in the park and then the song came on…the song that always seems to come on when I’m running in London and I knew that I was supposed to be running in the Royal Park and not in bed. Take it Off by Ke$ha (don’t judge) always seems to pop up on the iPod on at least one morning whilst I’m running in the Royal Parks in London – almost like it should be listened to. Anyway…finished the run…had a bit of brekkies and then went to meetings all day.

I pulled these on this morning – a pair of yellow Baskit Energy briefs. They are a snug microfiber low rise style. Wicked comfortable. So easy to wear all day and wear so well. So glad I brought them with me on this trip.
