#motivationmonday

So today marks my first day of Isagenix and my first offical week of crossfit. I am nervous but excited to see the results. I used to weigh 260lbs but have since dropped down to about 185lbs. My goal weight is 160lbs. So I invite you guys to follow me along my fitness journey. I will be doing my best to post my progress every Monday. Any tricks and tips are appreciated. Of course these post will feature a different pair of undies.
