Alright guys. Today I’m bringing you a revolutionary piece of mens athletic wear. This is the Diamond MMA Jock. Any of you guys out there who have worn a cup know that there can be a couple issues. One, they can be uncomfortable, and two, the cup can shift during your activities, leaving you uncomfortable and unprotected. The guys at Diamond MMA have solved the issues. First thing, the Diamond MMA Jock is known as a quad jock, due to its 4 strap styling. There are 2 regular straps that go around the butt, and 2 additional straps that go around the hip. This adds a new level of comfort and stability to the jock. It’s totally comfortable guys…seriously. Now let talk about the cup.
The Diamond MMA Jock has a separate compartment for the cup to go. This keeps the cup in one place while you move freely. I fucking love this guys. While playing hockey in this thing, everything stayed where it should have, and it didn’t start killing me after only a bit of wear time. The other thing I like about this jock is the drawstring waist.
Yoi can actually adjust the size enough, so that you get the right fit. So simple and so awesome. Now Diamond MMA does give you a couple options on what to get. You can get just the quad jock, or you can get the quad jock compression short with, or without the cup. They also have a compression brief which I really wanna try next. 
Now the compression shorts themselves I really liked. Great moisture wicking fabric, super comfortable, with lots of ease of movement. Definitely a great choice for hockey, football, and fighting. I went for a jog the other day and felt like a boss doing it. Wheu put this thing on, you feel locked and loaded, and ready to take on whatever comes your way.
