I don’t know why they are so strong in me, but they are fierce. I automatically want to protect friends and family and I will defend them. I would pick up baby birds and nurse them to health, I want to rescue stray animals…I am drawn to people that way too, and I don’t know why. Some people will find it endearing, but I guess it can work the opposite way too and piss people off. I wish that I understand this instinct better for myself and for my psyche and perhaps even my relationships…
