Fitness Challenge – Step Up – Greg’s Update.

One of our recent polls asked whether you’d like to see more butts or bulges on the blog. You can find the results in our poll section, but our fearless trainer decided that he could help us do something about the butts we already have. Mainly help to accentuate them more. As most of our loyal readers know, there are a few of us here on participating in the Undies101 Fitness Challenge 2013. Last week our trainer issued a Step Up challenge, and I spent a week trying to master it.

I’ve dome similar exercises to this in the past, so I wasn’t too intimidated, but I was definitely challenged. I decided that I was going to to this challenge on my cardio days as a warm up to my kettle-bell routine. I am happy to report that I managed to get through 5 sets of the circuit on my first time out, with 15 on each leg. Not too bad. I felt like jelly the next day, or my legs did. But I go through it. By the end of the week I managed to break the 20 mark (22) before my legs started to feel like jelly. I didn’t manage to work weights into the routine, but I finished it! I don’t know that I have noticed any change in my posterior yet, but I’ll be wearing a jock tomorrow, so you can all judge for yourself!

Thanks for the great challenge Shaun, and I’m already working on this weeks – the routines keep tiring me out, so sleep is not an issue!
