Fitness Challenge – Week 3 – Blake

I’m beginning to see a difference!

I’ve increased my workout routine from 3 to 4 days a week, and am seeing muscle growth – mostly in my arms, but also a bit in my legs. My goal is to be able to see my legs in a full length mirror without needing a stiff drink afterwards.

Sticking with the diet recommendations and the first week’s circuits in addition to my own routine, I haven’t had an opportunity to work in this week’s January Twist. That’ll find it’s way into my weekend sessions.

Aside from just feeling more confident, the exercise has kept me off of the sofa – well, more than usual – which has made me happier in general.
