One more day off before I head back to the office tomorrow. One more day of a bit more relaxation. One more day of doing things on my own time. One more day of sleeping in and not worrying about alarms. It was great…got up, made coffee, read a bit and just bummed around before heading to the gym this afternoon and getting my workout in. Was a bit of a rough workout today. Wasn’t feeling it. Was distracted. Basically sucked. I’m hoping my session with my running coach in the park tomorrow will kick things into gear for the week.
