Joe, You say he wears pretty good underwear and you guys share. That might be a start there. Not many guys will share underwear. If he is into something that maybe you are not, you could try to use that as a comparison to get him to understand your fascination. I am completely open about my “fascination”, Thing, obsession, fetish whatever you want to call it about underwear. I suggest being open and talking to him about it what you want. Maybe try to add underwear exploration and or play into your time together. Have an underwear day, go buy each other a pair of underwear you want to see the other in and make it a surprise and be creative. Instead of wrapping them up in a box, wear his underwear and you wear his. Use your pants or shorts as the wrapping paper and unwrap each other and get your gift. See if you can make it fun and rewarding for him to be involved. I also explain it like this. Some people collect magnets, key chains, thimbles, unicorns, dolphin. I collect underwear.
