The Pikante X-Treme Thong packs quite a punch. Just looking at the garment before even trying it on, you can tell it you are going to have a blast strutting your stuff in this piece of kit. It has an extreme contour pouch specifically designed to push your goods up and out. It is made of 96% Nylon and 4% Spandex. The edges of the front pouch along with the strap along the back are lined with a soft stretchy ribbon that helps prevent chafing and binding against the skin. I particularly like the feel of the strap against my crack on this one. It pulls in nice and snug between your cheeks helping to keep the pouch in place while moving. The waistband is a thin but durable spandex gold ribbon measuring about a quarter of an inch in diameter. As an added fashion detail there are two straps that cross the top of the pouch that help to push you junk down and out in conjunction with the contour cut of the garment. When I put this garment on I felt as if I was ready to ride the stripper pole. It is sexy, flirtatious, naughty, and leaves little to the imagination as to what you are packing in the pouch.

For my buck I have to go with Flirting Material. Sexy garments like this one get my member pretty hard pretty quick and once I hit full girth there is little room in the pouch to support me. Sizing on this is a bit tight as well. I normally wear a small but in this garment I recommend going a size up. The binding seam on the pouch, which is located on the inside of the pouch begins to itch after long wear. Because it is not a flat seam, it rubs against your skin as you move. It is not completely unbearable but it could be more comfortable.
