I’m first up and I’ve been wearing the Fruity Plum Purple Hipster from their Fruity Range today. First, I love the colour – very bright and fun. I am also a fan of trunks, so seemed like a good fit, so to speak. They are made of mixed fibres, and they are wicked comfy. From the moment I pulled them on this morning until I took them off, they kept their shape and form. They moved with me all day, didn’t bunch up or ride up as some trunks tend to do.
They are super light weight under my jeans and silky smooth on. The waistband didn’t pinch or catch – which is a big perk, at least to me, and another huge perk, the tag is smooth on the waistband, so you don’t even notice it’s there. There’s nothing worse than getting a sexy new pair of undies and pulling them on only to have the tag itching at your ass or lower back all day. Not fun at all! There was none of that with these trunks. They are some of the best trunks I’ve ever owned, hands down.
One of the best things about these trunks is that they are so colourful. Cheeky even. The cut is a very basic traditional trunk cut, but the colour really makes them pop and stand out. Bum Chums logo is across the waistband, and I have to admit that it’s great in the locker room to be the only one in a pair of underwear instead of blending into the crowd. I love that!
The Bum Chums logo is “bum-lovin’ pants” and I couldn’t agree more! My bum loved these! Now, our ratings scale here at Undies101 is:
Flirting Material – it fits okay, really great to wear out for a short amount of time
Hook Up Material – The fit is much better, it sits well and wears well, but might not be comfortable for all day wear
Dating Material – The fit is great, sits well, accentuates the positives and wears really well – suitable for all day wear
Match Made in Heaven – You’ll love the fit, you’ll love the style, best undies you’ve worn in years and will be a part of your regular wear.
Based on our Undies101 criteria, I give these a resounding Match Made in Heaven. These are some of the best trunks I’ve ever worn, the cheeky colour giving them a huge burst, and I love the tag with the Union Jack on my waist!
