I’ve worn thongs longer than I have worn jockstraps. While I enjoy them both now and wear them both with regularity, I would still chose a thong over a jock if those were my two options. Thongs have come a very long way in the years that I have been wearing them. Comfortable thongs are worth the price that you pay for them, but they can be sometimes very difficult to find. 
Wearing a thong is not for everyone. My advice to anyone considering is, find one designed for a guy, with a pouch up front so you don’t feel like you are crushing the goods and won’t have the strap then pulling up your ass to accommodate you. Stretchy fabric gives more and a bit of a wider strap is more comfortable than a string. Just my suggestions. Have you worn a thong? Show us! Tell us!
