there’s been a shit ton of commentary about how much Irene was blown way out of proportion. I believe that some things were. I don’t believe that you can be too cautious though. It’s Mother Nature and you never know what can happen. If the steps taken were not taken and the outcome was worse – would we have been second guessing and criticizing? No, we wouldn’t.
