
It’s also HealthyHumpday here at Undies101, so I’m going to (since I remembered) talk about my quest to be a healthier underwear lover. I’ve been working out regularly, every morning. I’ve been averaging about 3 hours of cardio a week, and the game plan is to up that to 4 next week. We’ll see how that goes. I’m lifting alternating days, and generally eating well. I need to get back on track food wise. I was following a plan a few years ago that saw me drop a decent amount of weight, and I never felt like I was sacrificing anything, I need to get back on that plan. My aim is by June to be down 16 pounds…that will put me in the high 150s and I’d be really happy.
