so I left early today. I couldn’t look at the computer screen anymore. I was just done, and there really wasn’t much going on. I went to the gym early. It was really quiet there at that time…I need to go there that early more often. Ran into my neighbor in the locker room…chatted for a few…hit the floor and cleared my entire workout in like 45 minutes…didn’t rush or cheat…there’s just nobody there to get in my way…was great!
