
It’s also #healthyhumpday here on the blog, not that I can keep that in the old school theme, but whatevs. I’ve been running and alternating other forms of cardio into my workouts and that seems to be paying off as the trend is downward on the scale. It’s not a quickly downward as I would like, but I’ll take a downward trend anytime! There is still some fluctuation…I go down for two days, and then up again for a day and then start back down again. The highs are not as high as they used to be, and the lows are getting lower and lower…so a trend I’m happy with!
