
It’s #healthyhumpday here on Undies101 and as a report out I am about 12 pounds away from my goal weight. I was doing a lot of walking around whilst in Germany and ran the lake (7.2km) in front of the hotel most mornings. So, not too bad on the exercise bit. I wasn’t as conscious of my food as I should have been…that always seems to happen when I travel someplace new. When I’m in London, and I know where I can go it is like being home…it’s second nature and easy.
But, on the overall, I came back the same weight I left at, which, while it isn’t great, it’s not bad. I didn’t gain anything. I’m actually really happy with where I’m at and I am moving forward towards the goal. I skipped the gym yesterday morning…I just wasn’t feeling it after having flown the whole day prior. Was back at it today, and plan on keeping it up all week long. Back to steady flow of weight loss! Have an amazing #healthyhumpday everyone!!
