Vegetarian options a few days a week…

It’s #healthyhumpday here at Undies101, and I’ve chosen to talk about some eating habits that I have picked up over the years. I don’t really follow a diet, I have an eating plan. I know what I can eat, I know the list of things I should avoid and I know the list of things I shouldn’t eat. I also try and have two vegetarian days a week, and a fast day once a month.

Just a bit of insight into my eating habits for this #healthyhumpday. It also seemed to fit in with the underwear theme today, I’m showing off my eggplant in this jock from Andrew Christian – which is a perfect addition to vegetarian dishes – if you like that kind of eggplant. I prefer the other kind. Happy Valentines Day!
