
for a few weeks anyway. Until I travel again and they might get interrupted. My results for my weekly check in #weightyWednesday are here and I’m at 178.6 lbs. That is down two weeks ago when I was at 179, but not by as much as I would have liked. These are not the results I expected. I’ve started running again more regularly, and I’ve already logged 3 miles this week before work. I am not being as good about my food choices as I should be and I need to step up that game if I want to see the kind of results I want. I’m also in this Papi jockstrap from the TBD pile of jocks and thongs. I love the colour and pattern on this, but I’m not sure I like it in the overall, might have to pass this one along to someone else who might enjoy it more than I do. We’ll see how the day goes before I make the ultimate decision.
