Downward trajectory on the scales for decent progress

downward trajectoryIt is #WeighInWednesday here on Undies101. It’s also #jockstrapWednesday. Middle of the week, humpday. It’s the day when I step on the scale and share with all of you my progress. There have been ups and downs. This week is a downward trajectory week – although not as much as I would like. Last time I checked in with you, I was at 178.6 and this week, I’m down to 177.4 – so a loss of 1.2 pounds. Which isn’t bad, I’d just like it to have been more. My ultimate goal is 160lbs, so I need another 17.4 pounds lost. I’ll get there. I continue to run – already over 4 miles this week alone and do other forms of cardio. I’m watching my food intake, going veggie two days a week. I need to start a fast twice a month again. That helped last time around too, and I need to be more conscious of maintaining my gluten free food. That’s where I really fall. Always trying and getting better day after day after day. Here’s to more downward trajectory weeks!

Today, I’m in a Bluebuck striped jockstrap. I got it a while ago when I was in the UK. I loved the stripes – contrasting blues. I really enjoy the fit of this one. It was in the TBD bin, so we’ll see by the end of the day, but right now, it’s ticking all the boxes. The pouch is nice. The colouring is nice. The straps are soft. Very much enjoying them at this point.
