makes you think…

a major change or shift in life really makes me stop and think. Where am I going, where have I been? What do I want to accomplish in my life, and can I accomplish it? What do I need to do to accomplish it?

One of the goals I have for myself is to be 150lbs by years end and under 10% bodyfat. I am not sure how I will get there, but I am so willing to try. I have my trainer and goals on my side. So, I’m asking all of you for that extra encouragement I might need and to make sure I’m not eating crap and going the extra mile on my cardio to shed those pesky pounds and bodyfat…
