weight loss, body fat percentages, reality competitions, life…sometimes it’s all just a game and you either play or you watch. Today felt like a day that I was watching…I didn’t feel good, my head was hurting, my breathing is not good and my allergies are acting up…it is what it is…tomorrow is another day of competition…
