shining on me…nothing but blue skies, do I see…compared to yesterday they were blue and dry, so I can’t complain. For the first time this morning in the two weeks I’ve been traveling, I woke up and really just wanted to be home. I don’t know how people do this all the time. I always thought of myself as enjoying travel for work, but I want my own bed. I want my own pillows. I think to myself, oh, I’d like to cuddle up under a blanket and watch a movie and can’t – I don’t have the DVD’s (or a player) or the comfy blanket. I looked for the second set of sunglasses I’ve traveled with on every trip this morning – I swore they were in my bag and I had packed them, and couldn’t find them. I texted my roommate – I had taken them out at home and set them down in the living room and then forgot to pack them again…ughhh.
The only good thing about this travel is the miles I’ve earned and the points I’ve earned on the hotel stays…I think I upped a class…nice!
