I have to say that there are some unsurprising results from the last poll that we asked here on Undies101. I kind of figured as much when we asked the question, but I thought it was worth the ask anyway. We asked you: What kind of underwear did you wear growing up and here how all of your answers broke down. 72 of our readers voted, so thanks for participating.
In last place with 1 vote or 1.37% of the vote was jockstraps.
Tied for 6th place with 4 votes each or 5.48% each of the vote were commando and thong wearers! – lots more of you braver than I thought.
In 5th place, by only one vote with 5 votes and 6.85% of the vote share was boxerbriefs/trunks.
In 4th place, again only ahead of our 6th place finisher by 2 votes, with 6 votes and 8.22% of the vote share was the boxers crowd.
Third place kind of surprised me. Coming in with 8 votes or 10.96% of the vote share was bikinis/string bikinis. I was definitely one of those votes, as soon as I hit highschool, this was what I was wearing.
Second place with 15 votes or 20.55% of the vote share was briefs.
And the clear winner of the style most worn by our readers growing up with 30 votes, more than double the votes of the second place vote getter, and 41.10% of the vote share was Tighy Whiteys! Very unsurprising results indeed.
I’m in this pair of white and blue striped EA briefs for today. I’m sorry for the lack of posts lately, but I was on vacation for a bit with the family and then came back to a bit of the clusterfuck that is our lives right now. At least I know I’ll have time to post! =)
