Anyway – to answer your question, I guess it completely depends on what style you like to wear. There are a few brands that have a hang free style pouch or pouches built into them. They also come in briefs, low rise briefs, jockstraps, thongs, trunks and boxerbriefs.

I would suggest you try the Almost Naked line from Andrew Christian – they have a hang free pouch and are very comfortable. There’s also Obviously which makes all of it’s underwear with a pouch. N2N Bodywear also makes underwear with pouches, as does Ergowear and Tulio. I have worn all of those brands and can promise you that there are tons of style choices and colours to chose from among them.

There’s also a brand called Body Tech that makes some underwear with pouches, but I wasn’t too thrilled with them when I wore them, but may be worth a try for you.

There’s also a brand, if you wanted to advertise, called Big Boys. I don’t own any of those yet, so I can’t speak to comfort or anything like that.

Am serious about wanting to chat – want to know what you’re wearing now, and see based on the issues you have if I can give you the best suggestion for a great place to start.  Anyway…we should all have your problem…10″ and a 28″ waist…not sure which I’m more jealous of!
