Routines…

You look like you have lost some weight – what is your routine? (love your undies)
Thanks! I don’t know that I’ve lost a ton of weight, but I have been working out more, and things are shifting and toning up, which makes things look better. I typically work-out/lift three days a week with some cardio, once a week with the trainer and then two or three days of cardio in addition to those days. Thanks for the undies love!
Here’s the pair of blue Sloggie briefs I’ve got on today.  Really like them, comfy and look pretty decent.
