Surprise! What? I bet you did not expect to see me again after being last week’s #GuestBulge, but just like chest hair and Sex and the City, I’m back! Reviewing the first of two outfits from Poseidon Fitness for you! And I am ready to review a couple items I wore during one of my workouts last week.
Last week, I received two items in the mail from Poseidon Fitness. What is Poseidon Fitness? I’m glad you asked because, until last week, I didn’t know them either. It first started as a small start up in the UK in 2017. It took a two year hiatus and now is under new ownership in beautiful San Diego, California. Their goal is “to provide our customers with classic and modern style for the gym and beyond at a reasonable price.”
The two items I received in the mail were the white base layer tights and the heather gray stringer tank. First off, those tights are WHITE. I mean, WHITE. I get nervous wearing that bright of white since I’m a little bit of a klutz and also it was a large. Technically, I am a medium, but it fit pretty damn well for my legs and butt. The heather grey stringer tank is your basic stringer tank in large, mostly cotton with a bit of spandex. I was surprised how well it fit me and how good it looked. I was trying to figure out where is the best place to wear the tights and stringer and decided to put its paces in during one of the many hot power fusion yoga classes I go to.
The yoga room’s temperature is a balmy 98 degrees at 98% humidity. I really was stunned by how well both the tights and the stringer tank held up during those sweaty and sultry 60 minutes. Since I sweat a lot, both really did soak up all of the moisture from my body and the room.

I definitely say both items are definitely a Match Made in Heaven. I’ll definitely wear them again during my weightlifting and also during yoga. They are fantastic. I will say, they are true to size.
