So, at the end of last month, I blogged about my experience with Mens Underwear Club, and I wanted to take the time to update what’s happened since that blog entry.
I received a phone call from the owner of the site, he wanted to know about the issue and problems that I had with my order, and offered some explanation about what should happen, what probably did happen and wanted to hear my feedback about my incident.
He was genuinely concerned, and interested in my feedback. After all was said and done, he refunded the rest of my money. Clearly something he didn’t need to do, and above and beyond the call of duty. Major props for that, it goes a long way to good customer relations/service, and is above and beyond what most organizations are doing these days to keep customers.
While I’m still bummed about not being able to get the Narciso’s I’ve really wanted, I am happier that someone from MUC took the time to elicit my feedback about the incident.
Here are the sole pair of underwear I have from that order, having given the smaller pair of priape to a friend (will try and convince him to submit a few pics in them for a guest bulge post). They are very comfortable, and super sexy…I’m still not sold on this cut for my body, but I’m getting there…
