Mens Underwear Club

I was searching for two particular pair of underwear from the Narciso range. I had heard that they were available on a few sites, and found only one of the two I wanted on most sites, and didn’t really want to order from two different sites, I was hoping to order both from the same site. I was very excited to learn that Mens Underwear Club had both pair of the Narciso undies that I wanted. I promptly ordered, and both were listed as in stock and ready to go. I also order two other pair of Priape Body wear undies that were way cute and super sexy. They were cheap, and they weren’t really what I was there for…they were ad ons, like the magazine or candy you snap up as you go through the check out line in the supermarket.

The entire order came to $71. I paid through paypal, and thought I was good to go. A week or so later, I got an email from MUC that my order had shipped. I got an email from paypal the next day saying that I had received money. I logged in to find that I was issued a refund of $31 from MUC, the cost of the two pair of briefs from Narciso that I really wanted. I was shocked. I had received no email communication from MUC at all. Not only that, I was charged a bit (more than I thought appropriate) for shipping of the four pair of undies and was not refunded any money for shipping. I was now paying apx 20 dollars for two pair of priape body underwear that couldn’t weigh more than a pound total, and then almost 20 dollars for shipping those same two pair. HMMMM.

I sent an email to the customer service email listed on the MUC site, and waited. I asked why I did not receive any communication from them about a partial shipment, about items ordered not being available. Had I known that the two items I really wanted were not available, I would have just cancelled my entire order and asked for a refund of the entire amount.

So, I finally get my order on Monday, and open it up. I had resigned myself that I would just be excited about the two pair of priape body I got and move on. I open it and pull out the two packages of undies, and start to open them. Both have big bold M’s on the front, designating the Medium size I ordered. When I opened the one, the tag inside is a small. I try, but there’s no way I am getting it on, there’s very little give.

I email customer service again on Tuesday morning explaining what happened earlier, my disappointment about that, and the current mix up in sizing. I have yet to hear from them, and doubt that I will be. I’ve given the wrong sized undies to a friend that wears that size and I know will look hot in them.

I’m just upset at their complete lack of customer service, communication and over what I was charged for shipping two light weight pair of underwear. I will never order from them again. I would love to hear if anyone else out there has had a similar experience with them, a good experience and would urge me to re-consider or even just a middle of the road experience with them.
