so I went to a show tonight that was billed as off broadway. I think it was more appropriately experimental. I am a fan of the theatre, I really am. I love going to good shows. I love being moved by what is being represented on stage. When I started working in television and the movies, it was hard for me to suspend my reality anymore and pay attention to any show. That hasn’t happened since I’ve started in theatre. I know exactly what it is. Escapism. To another time and place…and lots of the time with music!
Anyway, so this show was more experimental. It has some big names in it…but it still felt amateurish. It was good, but not great. It was a play and a musical. It was historical. I think it was trying to be too many things at one time. It was LONG!
Here’s the Aussiebum bodiforms I’ve had on all day…and it’s been a long one. Love them. So comfortable, so easy to wear all day. Will have to buy more!
