so the news today has apparently all been about death. I was a little overcome by the news of Farrah’s death this morning, and as I was slowly coming to that realization there came news that Michael Jackson was in cardiac arrest and a coma and then had passed. Like a one, two punch in the gut.
These were both two pop culture figures that I grew up with. I wanted to be one of Charlie’s Angels when I was little, and I can remember sitting in front of MTV when I was a little older to watch the premiere of the Thriller video. I was 10.
It’s a day of loss for the entertainment community, and I’m at a loss for words on what else to say today. So, Farrah and Michael, may you Rest In Peace and no longer be hounded by the paparazzi.
