Waiting…


Patiently. Hitting the gym all the time, cardio every time and lifting 3x’s a week. Eating right, and the right amounts of everything. I’m still not seeing the results I want! UGGHHHH. I hate this. I know that I can do it. I know I can. I burn through like 400+ calories every time I’m on the bike and that’s not even counting what gets wasted away lifting.

When does this get easier!?!

Here’s the blue DKNY briefs I’ve had on all day today (except for the training session).
