it’s amazing that no matter how much progress you make at the gym, sometimes it is still so hard to see. I know I have made progress, all over. I still don’t really see it much at all. I look thin sometimes, I feel thin sometimes, my chest looks a little bigger sometimes, so do the arms, but it’s hard to see the progress overall when I look at myself in the mirror. Makes me wonder if I will ever be happy with my body!
