Here are a few pairs I have with some lift technology built in.
I have a thong with a built in elastic hole built in I use for stripping.
Here is a Joe Snyder Jock strap with the same type of elastic hole for everything to fit thru.
Here is a backless thong or pouch with a built in cock ring the lifts and holds the pouch on.
These Andrew Christian briefs just have a pouch in front to lift the bulge up.
