I wanted to wear something fun and a bit playful today, something that helped me to show off all my assets…and I always turn to Andrew Christian when that’s what I want. I will admit to being a bit perplexed by their lack of customer service of late. I have been someone who regularly ordered from them, I loved the fact that their stuff used to be MADE in the USA. Previous orders shipped within 24 business hours usually, a few times now it’s taken a few days more. Sometimes up to a week, and no communication from them. I have to reach out and ask what’s going on with my order, and I always get the same talking points, albeit from different customer service reps. Their factory is a bit back logged, and it has taken longer to ship out than is typical, but they appreciate my continued loyalty. That’s all well and good, and I can appreciate small glitches in production, but when I get 3-4 emails a day from a company with their new sales, and I can’t get an order shipped out in less than 8 days, there’s a problem. If you are really that back-logged at the factory, why are we continuing to get that many sale emails – your factory will never catch up. Just some observations from a loyal customer. Small potatoes, I know…but customer service goes a long way these days.
