Fitness Update

I haven’t done one of these in a while, I apologize. I have been running for about 2.5 years now, and have been running barefoot for 1.5 of those years. I haven’t looked back since I started barefoot running. I don’t run on the treadmill – it screws with your posture and your body motion, so I don’t get to run much over the course of the winter because the cold isn’t good for my asthma. I have started running again since the weather has warmed up. I run a few days a week and lift 3 days a week and do cardio on my running days (in addition to the running) by swinging some kettle bells. I bought these shorts last Fall when I was traveling and it was warmer than I anticipated and I needed something to run around the hotel in that wasn’t jeans or my gym shorts. They fit then, without having to tie them. I have apparently, well not apparently – I know I have, lost weight. These used to fit fine and then have become looser and looser and I am forced to tie them or I am bare assed. Now I can’t walk from the bedroom to the kitchen without them falling down. This was taken at the midway mark…the middle of my living/dining room and this is where they were…figured you all might like to see…so here you go…and a bit of a progress report…
