I’ve had the benefit of a bit of time to myself today. I wandered around London and looked at some of the holiday windows, did a bit of window shopping and listened to the tunes on the iPod. Have bought lots of new music over here. So I was bopping around town – a man on a mission. It was a tad nipply over here today, so the chill in the air was quite refreshing. I have been out and running Green Park in it and that’s been a great way to start my days. I’m feeling really energized and starting to feel skinnier. I like that feeling. I like feeling like I can win this fight. I like feeling like it’s easy and I don’t have to think about counting calories and carbs and fat and all that. Movement helps!
