Underwear Review: Sheath Boxer-Briefs

I apologize for the late post of my review. I have been a bad boy about posting on time lately. Lots of crazy stuff going on with you start a new job.
So Undiesboy thought I would be a good fit for reviewing the Sheath boxer-briefs. But I’m going to warn you now, I am a bit bias towards boxers in general. Granted, in my opinion, boxer-briefs are better than just plan boxers. They still don’t rank anywhere near my favorites, jockstraps.
With that said I will still work hard to give a fair review. At first glance the Sheath boxers are pretty standard looking. The pair I reviewed is a size large and the color black. The material is soft and when I first pulled them on my first thought was that these might actually stay in place and night ride up. Which I have always felt happens with the longer boxer-brief style.
The part about them that was surprising was the pouch area inside. These boxer-briefs are actually designed with a “cup” area that separates your package from the rest of the boxer-briefs. Somewhat similar to what Andrew Christian does with its “Show-It” technology. At least for me, there was a slight difference in that overall they made me feel like I was going commando. The pouch area kept my package hanging free and at the same time wasn’t trying to “lift” it like the other brands do. It just keeps it comfortable and hanging free from the rest of my lower body area and legs. Which is exactly what they were designed to do.

The boxer-briefs are comfy and they fit pretty well. For me the real issue is that they are not what I personally prefer and they are very plan and unexciting. So for the most party the get a “plus” for their function but a “negative” for their fashion.

Below is the rating system that us here at Undies 101 blog use to review underwear.
·         Flirting Material: It fits okay, really great to wear out for a short amount of time
·         Hook Up Material: The fit is much better, sits well and wears well, but might not be comfortable for all day wear
·         Dating Material: The fit is great, sits well, accentuates the positives and wears really well – suitable for all day wear
·         Match Made in Heaven: You love the fit, you love the style, best undies you’ve worn in years and will be part of your regular wear
Based on the Undies101 rating scale I would give these boxer-briefs a score of “Dating Material”. The Sheath boxer-briefs do everything they are suppose to do. They fit well and  separate your package from the rest of our body to give comfort. They function very well. But personally from a fashion standpoint as well as from a personal preference, I am not a fan. But for those of you out there that enjoy function of anything else and LOVE boxer-briefs then these are perfect for you.

I hope that you find this review helpful and will check out the Sheath website. The black Sheath boxer-briefs used in this review was given by Sheath for the purpose of this review.
