we have a week full of reviews coming up for you readers, I’m up for today. i have to pleasure of reviewing James tudor trunk or what they call a Half Fall Boxer.
I’ve seen these on other sites that i shop from and have always found them to be very interesting looking the design alone reminds me of something from the civil revolution, the flap that covers the goods at least. I’ve been interested in buying a pair for a while but i never did, so when greg said we we are getting a pair for review i was excited and asked even thou they are white i wanted to do the review since I’ve been looking into getting a pair. i don’t know much about the brand except that they all have that 3 button fly, the style is trunks, boxerbrief or briefs, solid colors or strips. you can check out their website at jamestudor.co.uk
I’m reviewing Half Fall boxer, these gems are a size medium in white with black contrast stitching and leg cuff. I would have bought these but in another color, I’m not a fan of white. These are made of cotton, which is great makes for breathable material. these are true to size and fit great.
my feelings on these what i like what i didn’t like, hmm I liked all of this pair, the fit is perfect the waist is flexible and mores well. i had no binding or chaffing around my thighs which i tend to get since my legs are getting fatter!! The flap that covers the goods i did find to be a little difficult under jeans cause its not centered so you need to maneuver your jeans and slide to the side to get out. i am curious to know how they will hold up when washed and dried is the flap going to get smaller will the buttons still line up?
i will rate these as dating material, which means i find these suitable for all day wear.
I will follow up after i wash these and wear again, but it will be a while cause it takes me a bout 2 and half months to cycle through all my undies, lol.
