Fitness Challenge Update – Week 4 – Blake

*Cough *Cough

This cold has put my slightly off track – but only slightly. I missed the gym completely over the weekend, but was able to make Monday and Wednesday nights for a light workout. On the bright side, I was able to increase my weights by 10 lbs over the past week!

I should have more to report on next week, as I’m already feeling much better. AND, I’m very excited about Shaun’s butt-pumping challenge this week.

Compared to my fitness intro post, you can see that I’ve toned up a bit more. Though, I still have a ways to go before I reach my beach body goal.
