I have decided that as much as I travel, it’s not the travel I hate, it’s the idiots that I encounter along the way that annoy me. I LOVE the travel. I love the excitement of being on the road. I love seeing all of the different places I’ve been. I love all of the new friends I have met along the way. I love the sights that I have been able to see and photograph and the souvenirs that I have been able to bring back to my loved ones from places that they will probably never see. I love being able to send postcards to my nephews from far off lands – I love that they each have a little scrap book of all the postcards that I’ve sent them over the years. I hate the idiots that I encounter – at the airport, in the various cities and destinations that I have been to. You know the ones I’m talking about. The ones that stand in the security line and pass tons of signs telling them to take off their shoes, belts, metal, etc. The ones that say you can’t have more than 3oz of liquids in your carry on, the ones that tell you that your laptop has to be removed from the bag and yet still stand there amazed when they get to the XRay belt and claim to have no clue that all of this was required. The ones that walk 6 abreast on the sidewalk with their whole family gawking at the sights and preventing anyone else from walking by or forcing them into traffic. I LOVE the travel – I hate the idiots.
Sorry…not sure where the rant came from – haven’t been on the road since last Monday, so it’s really out of the blue, apologies. It’s Jockstrap Wednesday on the twitter, so I pulled this really colourful CiN2 blue and yellow Pop Colours jockstrap out of the drawer today. RWraith55 – who got me into jocks also got me into the CiN2 jocks. I do enjoy this one. It’s really comfortable, but my only complaint would be about the ass straps. They tend to bunch and fold and twist. They’re really comfortable and not annoying feeling fabric wise, it’s just that I constantly feel like I’m adjusting the straps and straightening them out. Love it otherwise!
