Steps…

09102015So, I’ve been tracking all my steps lately. Not sure why I haven’t really done it before, but I wanted to see what my daily average would be. I have been averaging about 5000 steps or so a day but yesterday with all of my walking around London I managed to take in a whopping 19,000. I don’t know what it is about being in London that makes me walk more, but I do. I might have to try this at home more often now. Get on whichever train comes first and walk a few extra blocks. Might see how it impacts the count…while the weather is still nice. Need to do something to get the fitness game up.
