travel delays…

I really enjoy travel…even for work. There are some things that could be done to make it better though, starting with the appropriate level of customer service and response from the airlines and their representatives. Making the technology they want us to use (self check in kiosks, etc) actually work. Enforcing the Expert Traveler, Casual Traveler and Traveling with Families lanes at security…when I get in the Expert Traveler lane, I expect to be able to breeze through, not stuck behind someone that doesn’t know to take his liquids and laptop out of his bag or his belt off. I expect that when an airline delays you by an hour they will notify you prior to your getting through to the gate…
