
I have been doing different “workouts” this week, well tracking ones anyway. There’s a gym at the hotel…quite a nice one, but I haven’t been tracking my workouts there, instead I have been tracking typical walking distances I take in London. I’ve often wondered how far things are versus how far they seem, so I decided I’d log an “outdoor walk” every time I took a different one to see how they all played out. So far, so good.
