I don’t like making them…and I rarely find them useful. After all, you’re just prolonging what is inevitably going to happen anyway. The best one I’ve encountered in a while was telling me I had to show up hours early for an event…only to get there and watch everyone else get ready for the event…all with the excuse that by getting me there early, it was for my own benefit and that way I wouldn’t feel so rushed. Only…I had to rush to accomplish everything else I needed to accomplish before I left for the event…and that extra hour would have been helpful…oh well…
