one of the great downfalls of society these days, in my humble opinion, is the lack of customer service in this country right now. Every time I turn around the customer is being assaulted and accused. They aren’t given the benefit of the doubt, they have to prove that they were in the right and there’s never anything in it for them to be loyal anymore. Very few places inspire me to want to be a repeat customer, let alone even spend my money there in the first place. It’s really frustrating…
