New Routines…

I saw the trainer, as is my usual Friday afternoon practice. We decided it’s time to switch up my routine a little…get the blood pumping in other ways. I am a little nervous about the new routine. I will admit it. I’ll be doing splits…for the first time I won’t be doing full body workouts every time I lift. I never considered myself a lifter/bodybuilder that would do this to lift more weight and focus on specific body groups on different days to build things up…we’ll see how it goes!
