I’m fascinated with men and their underwear, as we all know. I think that for gay men who are fascinated with the male body, the fascination for underwear is a natural. Growing up we all get our first glimpses of the male form encased in some hot undies…bulging in a pair of sexy little bikinis if you were lucky. I am always curious about whether there are straight men out there that are fascinated with underwear as well, and why? I’ve met a few here and there, and one of them agreed to chat with me about it for the blog…and sent along a few pics to post as well.
I started chatting with Dan on twitter, his profile is here. Dan grew up wearing tighty whiteys and normal style bikini briefs, and discovered the thrill of tiny underwear when he was about 12 or 13 when he discovered a pair of long forgotten briefs that he had when he was about 8. He tried them on and discovered they were very tiny, and very tight, which gave him quite the bulge and made his cock look massive! He wore them to school, which was a little risqué – and the rest, as they say – is history! These tiny and tight little briefs didn’t last long, unfortunately though. Being as they were so small, they actually ripped one day whilst he was putting them on. After that…he was back to bikinis for a while.
At 15, he decided it was time for some skimpy undies again and by chance; a local tailor had a small selection of HOM undies. Spying the Freddy string he knew he absolutely wanted a thong. Being 15 though comes with its challenges – and courage is among them. Not having enough courage to buy one at the tailors, he mail-ordered a dark blue shiny nylon G-string from Kiniki and wore it often, even to school, but never allowed anyone else to see him in it. In fact, it ended up as night wear a lot, and he didn’t show off his “different” underwear.
Right now, he has about 70 pair in his collection and while a few girlfriends have had issues with his love of underwear, and the sexy, skimpy stuff, he’s lucky in that the current partner loves to see him in his tiny undies. Most though, have seemed to love him in the boxer briefs, but not his thongs. Thongs are most prevalent in his collection, without a doubt and he thinks that there has always been something a little risqué about the underwear he wears. Some days he is happy to be seen in them and others, not so much. His favourite used to be the Fredy String from HOM, but these days the Ergowear X3D are his favourites, which is a good thing as the figure hugging black X3D boxer briefs are his gf’s favourites!
So, what does a straight guy think about underwear on another guy? Well, this one says that underwear on another guy can look very hot, and just because he’s a straight guy, does not mean that the male form cannot be aesthetically pleasing. He’d like thongs for guys to become a little more mainstream, but there’s a long way to go before that happens as, in his opinion, there’s still an impression that it is wrong for a guy to wear a thong.
We can only hope more straight guys embrace the love of underwear and making themselves look and feel good…perhaps when they do, thongs on men will become a little more mainstream! Thanks for chatting with me Dan, thanks for the insight and the great pics…and keep on loving those undies!!!

A very interesting post, as a straight guy the courage to start buying somewhat skimpy undies is not easy so I identify with his experience at 15.
Issues for straight guys are what their wives and girlfriends think of their undies interest and their other straight mates. I must say I don’t think I could ever tell one of my straight mates that I like to wear tiny undies.
