Weighty Wednesday is here…at least it is now.

I’m trying something new. I’m trying to hold myself more accountable with my fitness goals. One of the ways I think I can do that is being honest and sharing my weight once a week, so I’m not the only one seeing the ups and downs and progress. So it’s the inaugural weighty Wednesday, henceforth to be known as #weighinWednesday. weighty wednesday

Not only will I be sharing any progress with you with my weight, sitting today at 176lbs, but I’ll also share any set backs or progress I’ve been able to see throughout the week. I’d like to get down to around 160lbs. I’ll be happy with 160 +/- 3 lbs to be honest. I haven’t seen that weight in I don’t know how long – at least 5 years. I’ve had a really good week at the gym doing all of my cardio and exceeding my goals. I need to get better about lifting again and taking up some definition. I’d also like to get back into Yoga a bit more to improve my flexibility. We’ll see where that goes and I’ll be sure to keep you informed every #weighinWednesday!

I’ve been in this grey C-iN2 jockstrap all day, and it has a built in enhancement pouch in it, which I’m not usually a fan of, but really didn’t notice at all today. Got this from a friend, who’d worn it before he sent it off to me, so that’s always hot!
