saw the trainer today, as I always do at lunch time on Fridays. We decided it was time to mix up my routine and the frequency with which I lift and do cardio. I’m increasing my lifting and doing cardio after every lifting session and maybe only one other time during the week, meaning that I will have only 5 days in the gym a week. this could be a good thing…always good to mix it up…
