Stepping on the scales…and keeping it real…

Stepping on the scales is something we all have to do if we want to stay on top of our weight. No matter whether we like the results or not, it is inevitable fact of life. I’ve upped that a notch and decided that once a week, to keep things real, I’m going to report out my results on here. The good and the bad. Last week I was at 178.6 and this week, I have not changed. I’m at the same weight. I’ll take it. I don’t want to go up, so while I’d rather the trajectory have been down, I’ll take steady. I’m on top of my food and I’m upping my game in the gym. I’ve been running more and more – I’ve already done 3.5 miles this week and I’m ahead of where I was at this point last week. I’ll take it. I keep going and keep trying. Reporting it on here keeps me accountable to someone other than just myself. Pulled this black BLOW jockstrap by Andrew Christian out of the TBD pile today. Love the pouch, and the leg straps, not a fan of the waistband at all. Too wide for my personal taste, and it has puffy writing on the waistband…no bueno. stepping
